It’s easy! Click the above link then fill in the required fields, which will also guide you through our secure online payment facility, and allow you to print off your Tax Invoice.

As an alternative, payments are accepted via cheque with your payment slip from your Tax Invoice.

A confirmation email will be issued for successful orders and dispatching of the product will take place 2-3 business days from receipt of payment.

If your request for the access product is unsuccessful for whatever reason and we can’t go ahead with your order we will be in touch via email.

If you require your product urgently you can request it to be delivered by Courier at an extra cost. The product will be delivered to your nominated address along with a copy of the Tax Invoice for your records.

Who is authorised to purchase access products?

An owner of a lot or their appointed managing agent.

Tenants must approach their property managers to order additional access products.
