24seven maintenance solutions has a dedicated Facilities Management department which provides services in respect to all aspects of your property. Either on its own or in conjunction with our Condominium Management, the primary concern of our Facilities Management team is to ensure all the building assets and equipment are maintained in accordance with the relevant legislative requirements so as to avoid any unnecessary breakdown of buildings services or vital equipment.

We deal with the integration of building management systems, maintenance, security and general administrative services, including long-term planning. We co-ordinate the management of building assets and ensure that essential safety requirements are in place. In particular we provide the following:
