As an alternative, payments are accepted via cheque with your payment slip from your Tax Invoice.

A confirmation email will be issued for successful requests and your request will be processed upon receipt of payment.

If your request is unsuccessful for whatever reason and we can’t go ahead with your order we will be in touch via email.

Fees

$200 – Inclusive of GST  – Non Urgent 1-10 Business Days.  This charge includes one courtesy updated Owners Corporation Certificate at no extra cost if required within three months of the original order date.

$150 – Inclusive of GST – Non Urgent 1-10 Business Days. This charge does not  include an updated Owners Corporation Certificate at a later date if required.

$260 – Inclusive of GST – Critical 1-2 Business Days.

Owners Corporation Certificates are valid for and on the date they are issued only.

Company policy restricts the provision of verbal or email updates and a new Owners Corporation Certificate will be required at a cost.
